Carl Lazzari

Carl jointly runs our clinic for five years, taking the helm with his wife Lesley. With plenty of experience in restoring smiles, Carl’s expertise brings confidence back into our patients’ lives, especially when fitting implants. He enjoys getting to know his patients, building relationships and helping more nervous patients to overcome their anxieties about dental treatment.

Outside the clinic, Carl spends most of his time with his family. When he gets the chance, he enjoys playing a few rounds of golf. He also spends time in the gym lifting weights. He’s an avid fan of both Bruce Springsteen and Bob Dylan.

Richard Marc Stevens

Richard joined our team in 2018 and has since then been helping patients with maintaining their healthy smiles. His experience in periodontics means he can help patients with severe gum disease, helping them keep their natural teeth for much longer. His kind and approachable nature is a hit with nervous patients who regularly return for their treatment.

Richard’s free time is spent with the Cub Scouts in Chippenham where he’s the leader, or Akela. He helps the young cubs go on adventures and come into their own.

Francine Fletcher

Associate Dentist

Francine graduated with honours from Sheffield Dental School in July 2011. Since that time she has undertaken multiple courses to ensure she provides the highest standard of care to her patients.

In 2012 she undertook training at Visage Academy in anti-wrinkle and dermal filler treatments, she then built upon her training in Facial aesthetics by completing the Fundamental five course at Avanti Aesthetic Academy.

Francine was very excited to join the team at Aurora Dental Clinic in September 2019.

Francine has always been a keen swimmer and has subsequently progressed to open water swimming, so you may catch her at the local pool or gym! During her time off work, her and her husband like to travel, go to concerts and catch the occasional show at the theatre.

Claire Hart-Ramsey

Dental Hygienist

Claire recently joined our clinic as our hygienist. She has plenty of experience when it comes to helping patients with their oral hygiene and being the front-line in the defence against gum disease. She enjoys meeting new people and building up a rapport. She likes encouraging nervous patients in particular. It is rewarding to see people becoming more confident during their appointments.

Claire swims regularly and enjoys all creative pursuits including gardening, painting and baking. She also loves to travel.

Clare Laws

Dental Hygienist

Clare has worked in the dental industry for 20 years, first qualifying as a Dental Nurse and then progressing on to become a Dental Hygienist in 1999. Clare prides herself in being thorough yet gentle and enjoys the relationships she develops with her patients.

Louise Stanton

Louise gained a diploma in Dental Hygiene in 1999 at the Defence Dental Agency Training Establishment at Aldershot whilst serving in the Royal Air Force.

Louise enjoying forming good relationship with her patients in order to help them to achieve and maintain a healthy mouth. She has a kind and healthy approach and comfortable as possible.

Louise joined the practice in 2015.

When Louise is not working she enjoys spending time with her 3 boys and a long walks with her dog Jessie.

Kate Reeves

Kate leads our team, managing the daily goings-on of the clinic. She helps organise our staff and the business so we keep delivering exceptional dental care. Kate’s been at our clinic for ten years.

When she’s not at the clinic, she likes to spend time with her family and young son. They enjoy exploring the countryside with long walks, bringing along their crazy dog for the adventures.

Penny Hobden

Penny helps our dental team out in the surgery, being the much needed extra pair of hands. Her friendly and bright personality helps put nervous patients at easy and she loves being a supportive part of their experience. She’s been at our clinic since 2018, getting to know our regular patients in that time. She loves being part of a friendly, supportive team.

Penny’s a busy mum, running after her kids when she’s at home. She also enjoys taking days out to explore the Wiltshire countryside with the dog.

Karolina Skwara

Karolina assists in the dental surgery, providing chair-side attention to our patients. Her caring and attentive nature helps our more anxious patients to feel at ease. She particularly enjoys cosmetic dentistry and oral health education. She loves making a difference to people’s lives by giving them confidence.

When not at work, Karolina is studying at Wiltshire college to further her education as in the future she hopes to become a dental hygienist. However on her days off, she enjoys being outside and keeping fit.

Trudi Maidment

Trudi’s favourite part of her job is Implant nursing.

Trudi has been at the practice since 2017.

Outside of work Trudi enjoys the Theatre, spinning, circuits and swimming.

Vicky Morgan

Naomi’s been at Aurora Dental Clinics for over fifteen years and has loved every moment. She loves working with and being a part of our team. Her favourite part of the job is assisting our patients in having the best experience at our dental clinic.

When she’s not looking after our reception, Naomi enjoys keeping active with cycling and swimming. Her favourite past-time is spending as much time as possible with her grandchildren.
