Carl Lazzari

Carl jointly runs our clinic for five years, taking the helm with his wife Lesley. With plenty of experience in restoring smiles, Carl’s expertise brings confidence back into our patients’ lives, especially when fitting implants. He enjoys getting to know his patients, building relationships and helping more nervous patients to overcome their anxieties about dental treatment.

Outside the clinic, Carl spends most of his time with his family. When he gets the chance, he enjoys playing a few rounds of golf. He also spends time in the gym lifting weights. He’s an avid fan of both Bruce Springsteen and Bob Dylan.

Chris Richards

Dentist

We have been very lucky to have Chris join the practice with his many years of experience. Chris qualified as a dentist at Birmingham in 1972. After working in hospital, Chris went into general practice and worked for the ministry of overseas development in such places as the Caribbean, the South Atlantic and Saudi Arabia to name but a few! Chris settled down in his own practice in Swindon and then joined Freshbrook in 2012. His keen interests are archaeology, woodwork and he is a bona fide foodie!

Richard Marc Stevens

Dentist

PGCert Clinical Periodontology 2015 University of Central Lancashire

Richard joined our team in 2018 and has since then been helping patients with maintaining their healthy smiles. His experience in periodontics means he can help patients with severe gum disease, helping them keep their natural teeth for much longer. His kind and approachable nature is a hit with nervous patients who regularly return for their treatment.

Richard’s free time is spent with the Cub Scouts in Chippenham where he’s the leader, or Akela. He helps the young cubs go on adventures and come into their own.

Melanie Daykin

Associate Dentist

- Post Grad Diploma in Restorative Dentistry 2018

Melanie is a new addition to our team and brings a host of experience in restorative dentistry. Her main interest lies in learning new technique and advancing her own knowledge. She enjoys meeting new patients and helping them to restore their confidence through replacing missing teeth and rebuilding their smiles.

In her spare time, Melanie is often found in the garden. She loves the outdoors and spending time her daughter.

Kate Reeves

Clinic Manager

- Level 5 Dip HE in leadership and Management
- Level 5 certificate in leading with integrity
- NEBDN National Certification in Dental Nursing
- Member of the Institute of Leadership Management

Kate leads our team, managing the daily goings-on of the clinic. She helps organise our staff and the business so we keep delivering exceptional dental care. Kate’s been at our clinic for ten years.

When she’s not at the clinic, she likes to spend time with her family and young son. They enjoy exploring the countryside with long walks, bringing along their crazy dog for the adventures.

Claire

Head Receptionist

Claire obtained her BTEC Diploma in Business Studies and Finance from West Oxfordshire College and is one of our latest recruits to join the Freshbrook team. Claire likes to make patients feel welcome and ensure they are comfortable throughout their visit to us.

Outside of work Claire enjoys keeping fit, travelling abroad and entertaining friends and family. She also enjoys a bit of retail therapy!

Charlotte Farrow

Compliance Dental Nurse

Qualifications:
- National Diploma in Dental Nursing NEBDN graduated in 2018
- Studied at Cotswolds Dental Training
- Fluoride Varnish Application Certificate

Charlotte is a new face in our practice and is eager to help our patients with their dental care. Her favourite part of working in dentistry is the patient journey and knowing that she’s made a difference to each patient. She enjoys helping patients to feel at ease, ensuring they have had a lovely experience and are happy with the treatment they have received.

Her interests outside of work are spending time with her family, spinning classes and planning her wedding. She also enjoys being actively involved outside of work in the NEBDN National nursing exams, invigilating all exams.
